Norm’s passion for helping clients work toward their financial goals dates back to 1976 when he entered the financial industry as a registered representative with an insurance company; since then, he has provided financial planning and investment solutions for a wide range of Arizona clients.
Norm specializes in seeking innovative solutions for our clients. To stay up to date on trends and strategies in the investment world, Norm has served on many national investment advisory boards for major investment firms, as well as on industry boards including those of the Financial Planning Association and the American Society of Chartered Underwriters/Chartered Financial Consultants.
Giving back to the community is an important part of Norm’s philosophy. He has volunteered his time at organizations that include Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University; the Boy Scouts of America; Rotary International; Kiwanis International; and the Phoenix Art Museum. While pursuing a degree in biochemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles, Norm was recruited by the Los Angeles Police Department and worked in their crime lab for almost three years; he has also earned advanced degrees and designations from the American College of Financial Services in Bryn Mawr, Pa.
A consummate family man, Norm has been married to his wife, Debbie, for more than 49 years. They have raised three children, are proud grandparents to nine grandchildren, and know first-hand the challenges of the “sandwich” generation who have cared not only for their children but also for their elderly parents.
